Every country is selectable, and every ISO currency formats cleanly with the right paper size (A4 or US Letter) picked for you. For 61 countries, across Europe, the Americas, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East and Africa, the currency, tax rate, tax labels and legal notes are pre-filled, each with its own plain-English invoicing guide. Anywhere else you set the tax rate yourself, once, and it's remembered. The interface stays in English, and the invoice document itself can be in eight languages.

Every account is fully isolated, and your books are yours: export everything to a single file whenever you like. No lock-in.

Absolutely. Add your business name or upload a logo, and it appears on every invoice and PDF you create.

Invoice Forever is deliberately lean, and it runs on donations from people who find it useful. If it helps you, you can chip in, but the whole product stays free whether you do or not.

No paywall is planned. The goal is one free plan with everything included. If we ever add something that costs real money to run, it would be opt-in, never a gate on what you already have.

No. Your invoices and clients are yours. We don't sell data and there are no ads. That's the point of being donation-funded.

Yes. One login can hold multiple businesses, each with its own details, logo, numbering and reports. Switch between them whenever you like.

Yes. Open an invoice, choose Email to client, and your client receives it with a secure link to view and download the PDF — you can add a personal note. If you opt in, polite overdue reminders follow up on late invoices for you. Prefer to send it yourself? Download the PDF or copy the share link.

No. Invoice Forever runs in your browser. Sign up and you can make your first invoice straight away.

Yes (beta). On any invoice with your country and your client's country set, you can download a structured EN 16931 / Peppol BIS 3.0 (UBL XML) e-invoice alongside the PDF — the format behind Europe's 2026–2029 mandates. Our output passes the European Commission's official validator with zero errors. We create the file; you still send it through your own Peppol access point or national platform, and some countries require a specific national format (like Italy's FatturaPA or Spain's Facturae).
