Invoice Forever lädt jetzt neben dem PDF auch eine strukturierte EN 16931-E-Rechnung (UBL XML) herunter — genau das Format, auf dem die untenstehenden Pflichten aufbauen. Im Juli 2026 hat eine Beispieldatei den EN-16931-Validator der Europäischen Kommission ohne Fehler bestanden; die Peppol-Teilnehmer-ID, die der Versand über Peppol braucht, enthält die Datei noch nicht. Legen Sie auf einer beliebigen Rechnung Ihr Land und das Land Ihres Kunden fest, und die Option „E-Rechnung (XML)“ erscheint.

Ehrlich zum Umfang: Wir erstellen die Datei, wir übertragen sie nicht. Sie versenden sie weiterhin über Ihren eigenen Peppol-Access-Point oder Ihre nationale Plattform, und einige Länder verlangen ein bestimmtes nationales Format (Italiens FatturaPA, Spaniens Facturae), das generisches UBL nicht ersetzt.

Fragen

Stand September 2026 ist die strukturierte B2B-E-Rechnung Pflicht in Italien (seit 2019), Rumänien (seit 2024), Belgien und Kroatien (seit Januar 2026), Polen (KSeF: seit Februar 2026 für die größten Steuerpflichtigen und seit April 2026 für alle übrigen; die kleinsten Rechnungssteller folgen im Januar 2027) und Griechenland (große Unternehmen seit März 2026, alle übrigen ab Oktober 2026). Frankreich ist am 1. September 2026 gestartet: Alle Unternehmen müssen E-Rechnungen empfangen können, große und mittelgroße Unternehmen müssen sie ausstellen; KMU folgen im September 2027. Deutschland verlangt seit Januar 2025 den Empfang von E-Rechnungen, die Ausstellungspflicht wird 2027–2028 eingeführt. Die Slowakei (Januar 2027), Lettland (Januar 2028), Irland (November 2028) und das Vereinigte Königreich (April 2029) haben Termine festgelegt, und die Niederlande planen den Start für Juli 2030 (noch kein Gesetz). Österreich, Tschechien und Bulgarien haben keine B2B-Pflicht; ihre Regeln betreffen nur den öffentlichen Sektor. Außerhalb Europas verlangt die Türkei die E-Rechnung ab einem Umsatz von 3 Mio. TRY, und Nigeria führt sie nach Unternehmensgröße schrittweise ein.

Ein PDF ist im Wesentlichen ein digitales Abbild einer Rechnung; eine E-Rechnung ist eine strukturierte, maschinenlesbare Datei (zum Beispiel EN 16931, versendet über Peppol), die ein anderes System automatisch verarbeiten kann. Die Pflichten verlangen das strukturierte Format — ein PDF allein erfüllt sie nicht.

Ja — bei jeder Rechnung, für die Ihr Land und das Land Ihres Kunden festgelegt sind, können Sie neben dem PDF eine strukturierte EN 16931-E-Rechnung (UBL XML) herunterladen. Eine Beispieldatei hat im Juli 2026 den EN-16931-Validator der Europäischen Kommission ohne Fehler bestanden; die Peppol-Teilnehmer-ID für den Versand über Peppol fehlt noch, und für Währungen mit drei Nachkommastellen gibt es keinen XML-Export. Die Funktion befindet sich in der Beta-Phase, und das Erstellen der Datei ist nicht dasselbe wie das Einreichen — Sie versenden sie weiterhin über Ihren eigenen Peppol-Access-Point oder Ihre nationale Plattform, und einige Länder verlangen ein bestimmtes nationales Format (Italiens FatturaPA, Spaniens Facturae), das generisches UBL nicht ersetzt.
